FLEX FRIDAY

Let us start off with our first FLEX FRIDAY at StretchLab One Loudoun. We have officially kicked off the school year in the Loudoun county area and wanted to share some tips for student, teachers, and parents that are in office/desk settings throughout their day.

Here are a series of very simple stretches to help you stay limber during your work day. These stretches are going to get you up and moving from time to time. Getting out of your chair and getting the blood flowing and reducing fatigue. They will also engage various muscles and tendons to aid in the reduced flexibility that comes with long hours at school or the office.
