Let’s talk props. 🧱🧘

Props are there to SUPPORT your practice. They help with alignment and ease muscle tension. 👌

Props are for beginners to advanced yogis and everyone in between. 😉

A benefit of being a member at is we include props such as bolsters, blocks, and straps at no additional charge. 🙌

We always have Manduka props for sale in our studio boutique if you’d like to own your own! We have a rainbow of colors to choose from! 🌈
