Did you start your day with at least 8 ozs of water as soon as you woke up? Then we are having our first Tasty Clean Healthy meal within thirty minutes after drinking our water! Unless we’re doing Intermittent Fasting or Fasted workouts or Fasted cardio! Then we’re having our first Tasty Clean Healthy meal at 10am and/or after we have finished our fasted workouts or fasted cardio sessions! Then we are staying fueled and hydrated the rest of day! We’re eating our Tasty Clean Healthy meals every 2 3 or 4 hours and drinking our water periodically during the day!
These are two keys to us reaching our Transformation Goals! Along with doing challenging workouts, the correct amount of cardio and doing our recovery exercises! By combining all of these components will help us reach our Transformation Goals!
Are you working Ur TaTa’s(Chest&Back) today? I’m still doing Intermittent Fasting so I did a fasted Functional Training & Glutes plus cardio workout earlier this morning! I worked out at The Garage Personal Training Studio In Home in Ashburn Va! Using my knowledge and under the guidance of being one of Total Fitness Look Personal Trainers! After my workout I had my post workout drinks and within thirty minutes after drinking my post workout drinks I had my post workout meal! Which was my first Tasty Clean Healthy meal of the day!
