We would like to thank each and everyone of you for the love and support towards our Tru=Strength Community during these times. We are excited to open for phase 1 going forward as of 5/29/2020.

As we do our best to follow all guidelines during phase one, we are allowed to offer limited outdoor classes. In an effort to uphold these guidelines we are asking our members and friends to respect all guidelines and to do your best to reserve you class time with our Wodify app/ software. (This is already included in your membership package, please send me a pm if you need help or have any questions regarding this process)
We will also have slight schedule changes going forward to provide ample time for cleaning and disinfecting before and after classes.
As we look forward into moving into this phase and starting towards a new normal, we understand that everyone has their own viewpoints, concerns, and opinions towards this on-going pandemic. In order to provide help and value during this time we will still offer daily online classes, as well as personalized online coaching. As always we offer one on one personal training and small group classes upon request.

I personally look forward to seeing everyone. I believe following these guidelines and working towards a strong body and immune system is the best defense against this virus. I’m so thankful and proud of the community we have built and know we will get through this together. Hope to see you soon- Coach Seth-

A few months ago there was opportunity to sign up for an all girls competition rlsgonerx- we decided to put together a few teams. I knew that women who I have the honor to coach on a daily basis were up for the challenge. Conversations started and we decided to put a few teams together. We chose to enter the youngest team allowed in the competition-These girls were the star of the show today. The power strength and determination was second to none.- I was in awe to see the next generation of strong woman growing right in front of my eyes- in most occasions you could imagine the Moms standing on the sidelines cheering them on. Not this time - They came in full force- with power and grace and stood side by side with there daughters. They showed up and put in the work. They were examples of what it means to be strong-They lead by example. It was truly inspiring to see such love and support they had for each other. Then it comes down to the team that started the fire-This team really showed up not only today,but everyday from the moment they decided to sign up- the only expectation was to do their best. From that point on that’s all they gave, every practice every training session.They inspired me with their focus, determination, passion and grind. The competition was won before we even got there. They just had to go and get it- that they did.

To say I’m proud to be a Coach in part of a growing community of strength, love and passion- would be an understatement...

Three years later from my original review - I felt a follow up review was necessary. See, today marked a special day in our family. My 14 year old daughter and I competed in our first CrossFit competition today. It made me reflect on the place that CrossFit has had on our family, and specifically Tru=strength. Seth, thank you. Your commitment and dedication to coaching has been instrumental in shaping how my kids’ view fitness and strength. They come into the gym and see men and women of all sizes, shapes, ages, and race pouring out their sweat to get stronger each day. They see a hard commitment to fitness from the coaches. These impressions leave an imprint on their ideals of body image that are laying a foundation. In a world of plastic surgery, skinny jeans, and Botox, they are growing up seeing that true strength is earned by hard work, sweat,and discipline. Thank you!
