Master Lee's will be collaborating with the Circuit Breakers Robotic Team to provide our students with fun and educational activities centered around programming with Legos!

About Master D.H. Lee:
Master Lee is a Korean national sparring champion in Tae Kwon Do and Hap Ki Do. He was also on the boxing sparring team with Yong-in University (in Korea) and was a Combat Martial Arts instructor in the Republic of Korea’s Marine Corps. His classes and curriculum are a great fit, both kids and adults, for learning self-defense, coordination, and military-style discipline (he used to train 3,000 marines per year).

Currently, Master Lee holds leadership positions in the following organizations:

• Role models positive attitudes and behaviors, including good sportsmanship, hygiene, and overall conduct.
• The counselor will be willing to join in on any activity that is taking place to provide supervision

Why stretching is important for all ages.

There are many benefits of stretching beyond simply warming up your muscles for play. Everyone from your grade school coach to the scholars at Harvard knows that stretching helps you stay flexible, healthy, and mobile. As adults, we tend to focus more on the “mobile” part, but for kids, it is important to stretch growing muscles so that they perform well and keep young bodies fluid and strong.

Stretching supports muscle length and strength, which reduces injury and inflammation. A daily stretching routine counteracts school days spent at a desk and endless hours hunched over mobile devices. Stretching also supports blood and oxygen flow through muscles, making your child feel better and feel better!

Strong muscles protect joints. We see too many young athletes with overuse injuries and consistent stretching practice can play a key preventative role. Stretching muscles when they are young will also keep them healthier and more flexible as your child grows up.

Hello, parents;
I hope your family is doing well. We have an announcement and honor for our kids and we are excited to share this information.

Master Lee's is continuing virtual classes throughout our current situation. Virtual classes provide family exercise, and students will still learn their own curriculum skills to improve and move on to the next level.
The focus is on keeping everyone healthy and in shape, and keeping them learning skills. He wants to encourage our members with positive attitudes in every situation.

Master Lee wants to teach them that "Nothing is impossible". Let's keep them going in virtual classes and give them encouragement; and whoever is ready for testing, Master Lee will be in front of your house (not inside) wearing gloves and a mask for safety.
That way, we can have a "social distance" testing and belt ceremony!
